Maybe... If the only criteria was players there beyond midnight, you guys would be 2nd though. I counted 9 Shake N Bakers in the AMP. :)
Battlestar had 8 in the final "official" count. But if you want 7, I can give that to you. SNB managed to secure 9 but don't count out Burning Bridges and their record 8 late-nighters.
