The Masked Maurader and Speedo Man WWE tag team
Will Rodaligo and JR Giles were trying to be as intimidating as possible to spook the Kick A$$ team into submission. It almost worked. OK, no it didn't. This team was amazingly fun to play against! And that Speedo Man guy reminds me of someone.....hmmmmm. ;) Kick A$$ took a 12-1 victory from this match up and put some nice stats up as well.
Apparently KA is in need of some hair tonic so if anyone cares to donate....
Chris Granados and Patrick Smith took the mound in this game and almost shut them out. Chris went 2-3, kicking in 4 RKI's! Karen "Silent Killer" Savell went 2-2 and had to run back for a bomb kick for a snag out in left field. I'm sure there's more stuff that I forgot and will be reminded of shortly.. All in all, the Fireball team captures the essence of kickball sports and commeradery perfectly. In short, they are nuts. And I like it...
Gonna set some Situation feet on fire tonight...
Game 2 was a tough one but also just as fun. Kick A$$ was tested against the highly competative team, The Situation. And I'd say we passed with flying colors. The first thing we noticed is that they chose home when they won RPS, and that means they took Kick A$$ seriously and it was a decision that won the game. Both defenses were sharp and on top of all plays with very little errors from either side, making it hard to even get on base. Manny Anderson was able to get to 3rd base in the 1st inning but he was unable to be advanced for the score. And that was the end of our threat. In turn, Kick A$$ held the Sitch offense to no runs even with bases loaded in one inning. That's to be expected with JC and Hass Dooby on the mound. Stephan Woodard kicked a nice line drive to the lft side of 2nd base where Noelle Walsh was waiting for it and grabbed it right outa the sky. (You go, Boo!) Nick Schmidt of KA had sure hands at first and even snagged a line drive almost over his head for an amazing out. The top of our line up in the 5th inning was completely shut down with 3 up and 3 down. (Dammit!!) And with the final inning came the final blow from Sitch as they loaded up bases with Kyle Lewis, Gene Efird, and pitcher Blake Kalaikai. George Bunch kicked in the walk-off run bringing the score to 1-0. It was a true battle with lots of talent on both teams and was amazing to watch and be a part of.
Oh yeah, Jeremy Edge did absolutely nothing in this game...
Is there a kickball game going on??
Next up, another double header against Rumspringa and DCOMB. (The team with the ORIGINAL Speedo Man, Mr. "No Shoes" Bryan Moore) So tell me, are you ready for some KICKBAAAAAAAAAAALL????!!!
Prepare for some Kick A$$!!!!!!!!!!
