What an incredibly pleasant shock to walk into Tapps last week and find not only a full bar, but so many people participating in shirt swap night. As I said when I announced it, it is my favorite challenge and it looks like it is also yours. Weekly challenges are designed to get you to meet new people or get to know people better. I'm not very prone to just getting up and introducing myself usually, but if I have the opportunity to use a challenge as a cover I can push myself in front of some people. "Hello cool WAKA people. I normally would stand around and stare at you uncomfortably all night, but tonight I'm doing the challenge, so here I am communicating with you." Shirt swap in my opinion raises the bar. Aside from using the challenge as a social crutch, we are telling the other person that the time you spend with them is worth taking the shirt off your back. You demonstrate a willingness to exchange bodily fluids and accept the risk of getting whatever that smell is on you.
We had so many shirt colors there that were foreign to me that I had to re-familiarize myself with a few team names. Even though a few left before I even got there, it looks like we had every team represented! The popularity of the event jubilantly encumbers my ability to decide on a team to be the Bar Buzz Champions this week. On a slower night I might be inclined to look to a team that hasn't made it out much, but had a good or better than usual showing. We had several teams in that category. We had people that participated in the challenge, but weren't taking pictures. (I take that as pure love of the challenge.) The Fireballs kept a good crowd until about 11:55pm and then they all left.
Cardiac took some time, but finally got a team bar picture by Friday night. 
In the end I have to say the Forcing Third Base will be keeping the belt this week. I have to acknowledge the extra effort by Fireballs and give them sharing privileges
