Fall 2011 Week 2 Coaches Poll

"I think this season is really up for grabs." 5 O'Clocker captain Jeff Pauley said in recent interview, "I don't truly see a dominant team yet, as in seasons past."

And that's certainly the truth, after a wild week 2 that saw some upsets and several tie games. For the third week in a row, we have a new team sitting a top the rankings. Without further ado, let's get to the results of the Coaches Poll.

10. Burning Bridges (27 pts)
Record: 1-0-1
Last Week: 10
The battle between the two BBs ended up in a tie in week 2.

9. Battlestar Ballsacktica (32 pts)
Record: 2-0-1
Last Week:
After tying the Bridges, Battle holds on to the 9th spot.

8. Jagernauts (43 pts)

7. Free Ballin' (53 pts)
Record: 2-0
Last Week: 8 (+1)
One of the only teams in the league with an unblemished record. If they keep it up, they'll continue their ascent to the top of the polls.

6. Rumspringa (57 pts)
Record: 0-0-2
Last Week: 6
"Will they be the first team in Peninsula history to end a season with no wins and no losses?" Jager captain Justin Littell wondered, "a statistical improbability, perhaps, but I'm rooting for it." (EDITORS NOTE: Does this mean Justin is rooting for the Jagers to tie 'Springa in their week 3 match?)

5. 5 O'Clockers (85 pts)
Record: 0-1-1
Last Week: 5
Yet to record a win, but their tie against VD this week was impressive nonetheless and the pollsters kept the Clockers at the 5 spot.

4. Vicious & Delicious (95 pts)
Record: 0-1-1
Last Week: 2 (-2)
The defending champs dropped 2 spots in the polls after failing to put down the Clockers in week 2.

Lick It claims the top spot in the rankings after assassinating JFK last week.
