@RottenKandee and Crissy Accordino
get their mean mug on.
JKI was on the receiving end of some brutal beatdowns this season, which lead to the league's worst statistical defense. They gave up 9.18 runs per game, which is actually the 4th most runs per game in a single season in VA Peninsula history. They gave up 10 runs or more in 5 out of their 11 games.

With a defense that performed that poorly, how the hell did they win 3 games?

They won because their offense is just good enough to win a shootout if another team slips up. Their three wins were by scores of 7-1 (FB), 8-4 (NKotB), and 7-5 (Battlestar). The Battlestar victory was particularly satisfying as they are a quality top 10 squad.

And in all honesty, I don't know a lot about JKI. They tend to fly under the radar. Jiminy Kicks-It isn't really active on the Facebook page or submitting recaps to the blog. They don't have any players that stand out among the league, looking for attention. It seems they're pretty content to stay under the radar, show up, give their best effort, and have a good time. It's kind of sneaky really. Teams come in with a false sense of security, thinking it will run right through the Crickets, only to find themselves in a tight contest. If Lick It (who beat JKI 18-0 on November 2nd) over looks JKI and looks forward to round 2, they'll be taking a good risk.

One thing is for sure, if JKI can make a run in this thing, Kandice Dabney and Jenelle Richards will tweet their asses off about it. Seriously, if you are looking to fill up your twitter feed with dozens of new tweets a day, follow @RottenKandee and @SweetStrwberri! They will blow it up!
