It is with great pleasure to announce that the search for my successor has been completed! Please join me in welcoming the next Customer Service Representative for WAKA VA Peninsula, Keith Morehart!
Keith, whom you may know from the Chubby Gangsters, has been a WAKA player for nearly a year. In that short time he has volunteered to help with several league functions including posting recaps to the blog, and putting together the jams for the War Memorial playlists. He's a person who has a deep love of kickball and a passion to serve this great league!
I will continue to serve as your humble Commissioner through the end of the spring season. At that point I will transition to a senior advisory role with WAKA and Mr. Morehart will take over the day to day operations of the league. Until that time, Keith will be serving as Deputy Commissioner (I love making up fake titles) for VA Peninsula and will be available for assistance as he goes through the on boarding process.
