Spring 2017 VA Peninsula Bowling Week 3 Recap

This league continues to amaze me every single week. You can sense the camaraderie continue to develop by leaps and bounds just cuz we've gathered to knock over some pins. Lots of happenings this past Sunday, so let's jump right in!

There were so many of us that stuck around to cheer on Dwight Polka for his quest for 300. The rest of you have likely already seen one of the several videos posted of his tenth frame. Even though Dwight came a smidge shy of perfection, congratulations once again for a spectacular 287!

Now, notice the rest of that scoreboard... A lot of you are aware of Jeff Bonneville's deal with his team. Well, in its simplest form, he'll buy a round of shots for any three consecutive strikes horizontally or vertically. Hey, Jeff! You were smiling before, but how does looking at that scoreboard make you feel now?!

Alright, enough about Blurred Lanes. Eye Candy's Ed Aaron celebrated half a century of awesomeness. Way to go old man!
