WAR MEMORIAL STADIUM
We are blessed to have the opportunity to play at War Memorial Stadium for the majority of our weekly games. Beautiful fields, music on the PA, cold beer served at the tiki bar. Can't ask for better! We do have some ground rules that we must follow though.
- NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL: To protect War Memorial Stadium's ABC license, all beer must be purchased from the stadium. You can not bring outside alcohol onto the premises. Don't worry, these aren't ballpark prices. Most beers are $3 each with some premium items being $4.
- CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF: Do not leave any trash at the fields, including cigarette butts. Take care of your sidelines.
- PITCHING MATS: To help protect the grass, the pitcher's mounds have a strip of artificial turf. When pitching, your plant foot must be on the mat. Any pitch that is thrown off the mat should be called a ball.
Sponsor Bar: TAPPS
Our sponsor bar for this season is Tapps which is just down the road from the fields in the Hampton Power Plant. After each game, CLUBWAKA members will receive great food and drink specials including $2.50 Rolling Rocks, 50% off ciders and select craft beers, and 50% off appetizers. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please don't hesitate to approach me on game days or contact us at cblauch@kickball.com or brent@kickball.com. See you all on the fields!
