CLUBWAKA Kicks Cancer Updates

Hey kickballers! We have our 2019 CLUBWAKA Kicks Cancer Charity Kickball Tournament rapidly approaching in less than 3 weeks! We're so excited to come together once again for a fun day of kickball and a great night of partying while raising money for The Sentara Foundation. We currently have 16 teams forming for the event and hope to add a few more, so please get your friends together and sign up today! Here are some of the main details:

• DATE: Saturday, October 19th @ 9 AM
• LOCATION: Briarfield Park, Hampton

• FORMAT: 3 guaranteed 'pool play games followed by single elimination bracket in afternoon. Standard CLUBWAKA rules
• BENEFITS: The Sentara Cancer Network Mission Funds which helps provide critical care and support to low-income patients in Hampton Roads
• COST: $40 if you sign up today! $45 if you sign up on 10/1 or after. Includes tournament entry, shirt, post-game party invite, and charity donation
• POSTGAME PARTY @ PBR HAMPTION: All players will receive free entry to PBR, access to a private bar with buffet upstairs, and a free drink ticket. Plus live entertainment and more!
• FOOD TRUCK: The day of the event, STUFT Food Truck will be at the fields serving up their delicious burritos and bowls
• HOTEL BLOCK: If you are coming from out of town or just want a spot to crash after the party, we have a room block at the Embassy Suites in Hampton for $99 a night. Includes parking, breakfast, and complimentary drinks at 'manager's happy hour'. Plus it's within stumbling distance from PBR. Book here by October 5th. 
• FREE AGENTS: Free agents and small groups are welcome. We do have a couple of teams looking for players, so sign up and we'll get you connected to a squad! 
• REFS NEEDED: In addition to players, we are also looking for refs to help us. We're offering free CLUBWAKA seasons, shirt, and all of the party perks mentioned above to anyone available to help out!

It’s fall which means one thing... HOODIE WEATHER! We will have a very limited run of special edition CLUBWAKA Kicks Cancer hoodies available for sale at the tournament and all proceeds will go to The Sentara Cancer Network.

• $30 for hoodies the day of the event

• All hoodies pre-ordered will be available for pickup at the check-in table of the CLUBWAKA Kicks Cancer Tournament.
