Daniel Shaw reminds us what we're here for
I know you all are just jonesin' for a full Bar Buzz write up. After all - it's been quite some time. First we had a rain out and then we had a field that was just too wet and then we had an haiku. All full of adventure and intrigue for you loyal readers I'm sure but not enough to satiate your Bar Buzz craving. Well have no fear.... you'll get to wait one more week for that! (Provided that we are not yet again cursed by the
Scott Duncan weather report). This week we'll have to recreate the bar scene in snapshots - like clips from a bad high school football highlight wheel recorded with a VHS Camcorder.
First let's hear if for our "Seen but not Heard" grouping this crew was in the midnight photo but managed to leave no impression on our expert panel of judges:
New Kickheads on the Block,
5 O'Clockers and Jagernauts. What gives with this disappointing threesome?? You all are supposed to be the veterans of our beloved bar scene.

Scott gives his weekly Report
Which brings us to our "Seen. And Heard. But Ultimately Underwhelming" crowd:
Chicken Tetrazzini, Chubby Gangsters, Jiminy Kick It,
Just for Kicks and
Free Ballin'. Now I'm not saying you didn't try. I'm just saying you didn't succeed and you know what they say.... If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. (Or just get crazy on the dance floor, jump on the bar and take a couple dozen shots).

Foul Balls: No surprise here... when the Foul Balls put their minds to it, they can accomplish amazing things. And they were certainly running the bar scene as the defending champions should. However, we've got to give some props to a few others before they starting getting big egos and inflated balls in foul territory.

At least they win in the looks department

Rumspringa:
It's been rumored that "Rumspringa opted for fun photoshoot before hitting the flip cup table early in the night. If members of Rumspringa weren't at the flip cup table, you could definitely find them on the dance floor." Yep sounds about right. Looks like the smufs that we know and love are baaacckkkk.

Vicious and Delicious:
This one has been a long time coming. VD has been like a hamster on a treadmill... so close to victory yet so far away. Looks like this week they finally jumped off the wheel and made a name for themselves. Although don't let Tom Zuppke confuse you... it'll probably still be deemed a rigged conspiracy that they've actually received the belt.
