Well, the regular season is now in the books! Congrats to Burning Bridges for earning the regular season title seed in their first season of WAKA Kickball! They will have the top seed in the tournament on Saturday!

As you can see the first round is going to be reffed by players. For the quarter finals and beyond, there are no specific refs assigned, however we will ask some teams to provide refs for the following round if they are on bye or have been eliminated. For the semi-finals and finals, I have already lined up some volunteers to assist. (Thanks John Wilkinson and Kim Merritt, assuming the Jagers and Free Ballers don't make a deep run) If you are interested in volunteering to ref, please let me know. There will be a free tee shirt in it for you plus a little bit of monetary compensation.

A couple of reminders for the tourney
- No RPS. Home field is decided by the higher seed.
- Although we want to stay close to the schedule, we will not enforce the same time limits as the regular season. Each game will be at least 5 innings, unless it's a mercy ruling
- Speaking of mercy rules, after 3 full innings, if a team is up by 12 runs or more, the game is automatically called.
