Kickballers, 

First of all, WOW! What an awesome night of Kickball Karaoke at Luckie's! We definitely rocked the place. Who knew so many kickballers had that much talent? Very entertaining. Thank you to everyone who came out last night. I hope you had a great time. (I know I did and paid for it all day today at work)

Wanted to send this e-mail with a few reminders, updates, and housekeeping items as we close out this epic Fall season of WAKA Kickball. 

Alcohol Policy at War Memorial
Recently, we've seen an increase of players bringing in their own alcohol into the stadium. Because WMS does possess an ABC license to sell beer, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited, as it creates a risk to the Pilots. Without a doubt, we have the absolute best fields out of any kickball league in the area. The last thing we want to do is jeopardize our relationship with them. Let's be smart, respect War Memorial, and leave the 40s of Bud Light at the tailgate. Thanks in advance! 

Tournament on Sat, 11/19
Reminder: Our End of Season tourney is coming up! Games start at 9 AM on 11/19. I will have the tournament schedule posted on Thursday morning after the final games are played. I'll send an e-mail out once the schedule is created with more details. To access the current copy of the schedule, click here. 

End of Season Party! Sat 11/19
Don't forget our End of Season Party at Luckie's later that night (6:30 PM). Kegs. Appetizers. Mixed Drink Specials. Pianos. No cover. If you have not been to a WAKA Kickball Party, you need to clear your calendar and make it out to Luckie's next weekend! 

Happy Veterans Day! 
We have a lot of former and current military members in the league, and I want to take a moment to thank each of our vets for their service to our country! Without the sacrifices you make, we wouldn't have the freedom to get together every Wednesday night and play a kids game together! THANK YOU! 

Feedback Wanted! 
We've had an awesome season, by any standard (and I hope I'm not being cocky by saying so). But we've only gotten to this point because of the constant feedback and suggestions made by YOU, the players. So, while we have quite the bad ass league, I'm always looking for ways to improve the overall experience. Please help me, by sharing your thoughts on what you like about the league, and what you think we can do better.
