VA Raptor - Season Preview: Whiskey Kick

We continue our preview series with a look at a new team on the scene this winter...

KEEP IT UP! WHISKEY KICK! 

Whiskey Kick is not only an ode to alcohol induced erectile dysfunction, but a team that truly embodies the spirit of WAKA Kickball. It's comprised of members of several different VA Peninsula teams, including the Jagernauts, Rumspringa, New Kickheads, and Battlestar Ballsacktica. Some of the most friendly and outgoing members of the Hampton Roads kickball community, lead by captain Trici Fredrick, will be wearing Maroon this winter.

resist the opportunity to join the Whiskeys.

While the team on paper looks like one that will be more focused on winning the bar than winning kickball games, it would be foolish to overlook them. Their core infield will consist of solid veteran kickball players including Matt Wellbrock, Brandon Silver, Joe Mazzitti, and Mike Ramey. There will be worse infield defenses than that, trust me. The rest of the team is not full of superstars, however, they are experienced and should generally avoid fatal mistakes.

Perhaps Whiskey Kick's most important acquisition is the beautiful and sexy Dottie Wood. She is making her return to the kickball fields after taking the fall VA Peninsula season off. She is an impact player who will turn heads and make jaws drop. (unbiased journalism at it's finest)

Look for the Whiskeys to make an impact on and off the field this winter!
