Week 3 Results & Standings

Kick Ass 4, Jagernauts 2
KA's offense jumped out to a quick 3-0 lead and held off a Jager comeback to secure the impressive victory.

Chubby Gangsters 6, New Kickheads 1
Geoff Morehart kicked a bomb in the first inning that landed closer to the tiki bar than to home plate on field 2. The Gangbangers cruised to their third straight victory to start the season.

Foul Balls 6, Just Kickin' It 4
Break up the Foulies! They've won 2 out of their first 3 games this season, toppling the high powered JKI offensive attack.

Shake N Bake 3, 5 O'Clockers 3
Two of VA Peninsula's elite teams went back and forth in this contest. New father Allen Walker drove in a couple runs in the first, but it was veteran Paul Phan who kicked in the tying run for the Clockers in the bottom of the 5th to secure the draw.

Just For Kicks 4, Burning Bridges 1
JFK made a statement to the league by methodically dismantling the Bridges.

Moose Knuckles 7, Peanut Butter Jelly 5
The Knuckles exploded and put up an early 7 runs. PBJ didn't quit though, scoring 5 runs in the last frame, but the rally fell just short.

Shake N Bake 10, Peanut Butter Jelly 1
The Bakers balanced offensive attack overwhelmed the inexperienced dancing bananas.

Free Ballin' 2, Battlestar Ballsacktica  2
Epic rivalry matchup. Battlestar took a 2-1 lead into the 5th. Free Ballin' came back to tie it in the bottom of the 5th. They threatened to score the winning run, but Nicole Plesha blasted John Wilkinson in the face (IN THE FACE!!!) to deny the Free Ballers the victory.

Rumspringa 3, Chicken Tetrazzini 0
The Angry Birds' offense was grounded by Rumspringa. Rusty Wallace and Matt Wellbrock combining to pitch the shutout.

  1. One dropped ball (error) let 3 runs in. Winning off an error is much different than "methodically dismantling the Bridges" lol love the creativity. The previous statement would have made more sence as the tag line for our game against 5OC.
