Waka Fall Meet n Greet
“Marilee, you can’t write the bar buzz for meet and greet. It doesn’t count!” Well #ShutUpMattWellbrock. Some teams didn’t show up, some teams went for it. I watched it all go down. Here are my semi-official results. (Note: Some people rocked regular clothes. Please don’t lose your shit if I missed that 4 members of your team started a killer game of go fish on the back patio.)
16. Foot Snipers: Way to meet n greet…. Seriously come out, I know it’s a long drive for some of you, but we missed you.
15. 5 O’Clockers: This hurts me to put you here. Actually hurts, Britney Travis may hit me. Missed you.

13. Chubby Gangstas: Seriously, I love this team. I want to see more of you, if you know what I mean.
12. Battlestar Ballsackticka: Entirely possible that you did more than what I saw. Either way, thanks for doing what you can do, when you can do it.
11. New Kickheads: I appreciate the “Marilee! I am here!” notifications. Let’s build on this feeling.
10. Free Ballin: Khalid made it to the kick out picture. I can’t say much about anyone else. Come on man!
9. Foul Balls: There was a lot of green in the AMP. But it’s a popular color soooooo….. yeah.
8. Rumspringa: Oh how the mighty have fallen…. I missed you all!
7. Burning Bridges: Way to have a practice and show up. Dedication to kickball and the bar??? Nicely done.
6. Chicken Tetrazini: You get extra points for standing out so easily in your bright pink shirts. Thanks for sticking it out to the end!
5. Wasted Talent: I saw you. Thanks for the awkward pictures. Your balloon play made the night better. You get the most improved award!
4. Pitch Please: Ohhhh snap did the captains make it to the midnight photo???????? My mind was blown away to see it. Then Nikki dropped it low and I lost any remaining sense in my head. Love, love, love.
3. Just For Kicks: You had a good number of people there and you were all over the place. Your karaoke was on point and some of you had your shirts on. Well played.
2. Peanut Butter Jelly Time: I’m so proud of my purple people. We showed up, stayed, danced, and some of you closed it down. You are definitely trying to avoid the “Oh they only won because Marilee writes the bar buzz.” Way to break stereotypes.
1. Kick Ass: You. Kicked. Ass. I looked in my super official list of how many people from each team were there. For you all I wrote: Lots. You got games going. You danced. You have Mimi Gill on your team. #winners
MVP of the Week: Nikki and Wes. You were the first people there and you stayed till after the AMP. Your dance moves were on point. Your outfits (boobs) looked amazing. I love you and wish this happened all the time.
