I didn’t realize how much missing one #WAKAwednesday makes me miss
everything so much! You never realize how much the pregaming, the games, the
funky mix of tunes gathered together by Jeremy, the terrible WAKAbombs, the
wobble, mean to you until you don’t have them for a week!
So being back at the bar last week was super, in fact, I have never
had a better time as your #BarBuzz writer as I did that night! I mean, I think
people really actually like me! And that just blows my ego out of the water ;)
I got a massage, two shots, praise for my blog, and a TON of high fives…and I
LOVE high fives!
I think the best part about being the #BarBuzz writer is seeing just
how determined some of the teams get to win the belt. Some teams do the
challenge, just to do it, but other teams include me in the process, and take
my criticisms and my suggestions, to heart. In an attempt to win me over and
prove just how social they can be, Pop Pop discovered a team song (one of my
favorite songs too by the way), and this got me thinking how EVERY team needs
to have a theme song. Rumspringa has one, BSH has one, so I figured I would
assist in determining a song for every team. If it sticks, awesome, if not,
hey, now you can at least say you have a team song. Some of them, I admit, it’s
a stretch, could you have come up with more difficult names??? So for some of
these even though your name isn’t blatantly obvious, I feel like the
words…speak to you. Also, pay attention to the section of words I chose...I tried to be as creative as possible with the stanzas I chose.
