Over the past 4 months, we've had over 1,000 players participate in WAKA Kickball Leagues or Events here in Hampton Roads. With such a large and dedicated community of kickball enthusiasts to serve, it's become clear that this is a bigger job than Keith Morehart and I can handle alone. So, we went to the powers that be at WAKA and asked for some help, and they came through!
I'm pleased to announce that Fagel Baer will be joining WAKA as the 'Social Coordinator' for Hampton Roads. Many of you know Fagel from her outstanding run as the Bar Buzz author and captain of the #WAKAholics! In addition to continuing her Buzzin' on Wednesday nights, she will help us plan parties, coordinate theme weeks, and set up special off-season events for VA Peninsula and VA Freedom!
We're all very excited to welcome Fagel to the team officially! It's time to take these parties to the next level!
