Ghost Team in the Bar

After yet another rain-out, many teams were obviously anxious to party it up with their long lost WAKA peeps.  Once again, Alcoballics were out in big numbers led by Amelia "ten husband" Maccubbin.  Michelle Hassell declared the challenge for the night would be to rub my beard.  I was soon being hunted down by a pack of maroon animals.  I don't deny loving the attention, but is it enough to garner a third week with the belt?  I love the effort that you guys are putting into staying in the spotlight.  Keep it up!

Hot Dogs and Tacos social status was propped up by the "Chuc" and Jennifer Gold.  The DCOMB contingent held out for the long haul.  The selfie queen and the Fagel that stands on the table were repping that KILF green.  Once the Alcoballics took off, the energy shifted to the Foul Balls as another Amelia got the flip cup game going.  Unfortunately, there was a new stipulation, you can't actually put beer in the cup you flip.  Not to be dissuaded Amelia yelled at almost everyone at least once to make sure they followed the new rules.  Even though no one really understands Virginia's ABC laws, if the sponsor bar is worried then we just roll with it and make it happen.

The Fireballs were quite underwhelming for reigning belt holders, but they did follow my advice.  Will Rod made sure the belt was there and made it to the AMP and kick out photo.

So where does that leave us?  What team will take home the belt this week?   Although I'm still not going to do the research to verify, this week may be another Bar Buzz first.  As far as I know, this weeks Bar Buzz team did not set foot in the bar at all.  I have to give Manny Anderson credit though.  As he struggles to get his team involved in the social scene, he decided that if his team wouldn't go to the bar then he would at least bring the WAKA social side to them.  Kick A$$ held a great parking lot cook out, keeping the team together for that little extra while passing out burgers, dogs and chips to passers by.  I hope they can extend themselves a little further this week and join us with their new bling.
