Kick A$$ Eats up Hot Dogs & Tacos

    No, literally! OK, actually we ate up Hot Dogs & Tacos THEN we ate up hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, and dip, and salsa with a little drinkin' goin' on, on a picnic table that we "found" in the parking lot. Apparently NO ONE took a photo of our shindig and there's still no proof of Silent Killer being all social and stuff. But anyway, THIS is what made us hungry:

I've never before seen a fuzzy headed walking pizza slice. I'm in love!!!

     Game stuff: This team was fun to play against! A lot of walking-pizza-slice silliness to distract us from our game, but that strategy didn't seem to work.  Even though it made us HANGRY we kept to the game plan.  One thing that stands out with this game is that Crystal Tanner has been taken off the IR list and is back in action!  This was her debut game this season and she started it off with 1-2 in kicking.  She's also back to her old self slapping the crap outa the ladies' bums.  It's ok though, my bony butt caused her to break a blood vessel in her finger putting her back on IR.  Bwahahahahaa!! OK, not really.  (But those Buns of Steel exercise videos must have finally paid off!) Welcome back, Crystal!!! Speaking of ladies, Sarah Schmitt kicked in 2 RKI's in this game.  With runners on 2nd and 3rd, she hammered a line drive down the 1st base line.  It was going foul, but the first baseman caught it (awesome catch!!), tossed it to another player who threw to home and missed, allowing the second runner to come in as well.

     Dom Guarry made the perfect bunt down one to load the bases for Patrick Smith and Wes McClain to kick in.  This 1st inning set up kept carrying over to every inning having runners on base for Kick A$$.  Can't say the same for HD&T. I believe they only got as far as 2nd on offense, but made good defensive moves to hold KA to 7 runs. There were a lot of pop ups to KA first baseman Chris Granados and he kept catching them to seal up the win.

      Final score 7-0

The rest is Bar Belt history. We came, we saw, we ate and mingled in the parking lot!  We had lots of fun and food and even passed out food to other hungry players walking by cuz we're awesome like that. Captain Manny Anderson did an excellent job getting this rowdy group together to have a little mingle and munch time after the game. Good job, Manny!
