Winter Kickball Deadline, New Leagues & Events for the Spring!

Happy Friday! Lots of exciting stuff going on with WAKA in 2016! Here are some important updates & announcements: 

Winter Kickball in Hampton Deadline is Saturday!
There is still time to sign up the BEST winter kickball league in Hampton Roads. Registration for individuals closes on Saturday, Jan. 16th. Don't let the cold be an excuse not to be active! Join us for a great season of kickball and bar hopping! www.kickball.com/varaptor

Brand New Kickball League in Williamsburg! 
We're excited to bring the WAKA brand to Wednesday nights in Williamsburg! The WAKA VA Admiral kickball league is now open for registration! As a bonus, the first 15 people who sign up with the code WAKASMILE_ZEWYV will get $10 off their league dues! www.kickball.com/vaadmiral

You could be the next Newport Newsian Idol! 
Ok, so it's not as prestigious as American Idol when you put it that way, but it's going to be good times. WAKA is introducing a brand new Team Karaoke challenge! Groups sing head to head each week at Manhattans Newport News with an emphasis on both performance and spirit! Spring Leagues Open
Start making your plans for the spring. In addition to VA Admiral, registration is open for leagues in Hampton and Virginia Beach as well. Charity Events and One Day Tournaments
We have a couple of fantastic events coming this spring. On April 2nd, if you're a local high school alumni or faculty member, you may be able to play in the 2nd Annual WAKA Varsity Kickball Classic (www.kickball.com/vavarsity). On May 21st, Virginia Beach will be hosting the WAKA MidAtlantic Regional and Charity Tournaments! That's right, two separate events on the same day. For our hardcore competitors, they will battle to see who the best of the best is on the east coast, playing for a cash prize! For our more laid back players, they'll be playing a fun day of kickball for charity. This is going to be a weekend of great games and parties.
