As you are painfully aware it rained I don't even know how many times this last month.

Most of the buzz this week comes from the awesome tournament and even more incredible party at Peabody's.

It was great to see so many Peninsula people down in Virginia Beach.

The Fireballs did a great job getting the belt all over town.

The belt even made it into a swimsuit competition and was certainly the flashiest of them all.

The belt got its community service hours in too.

In spite of the rain, Tapps was still a great place to be and I was so happy to see so many people there. Forcing Third Base had done a great job creating Buzz, but it was time to give another team a chance. It was bittersweet to see how genuinely sad they were to give it up. The Fireballs did not disappoint though and showed us they can still party with the best.

Going in to this week it was Balls and Dolls who will be taking over. The rain did not dampen their spirits on Wednesday and coach Simons (former Fireball) was an integral part of getting the belt so much publicity this weekend.

Enjoy finally getting to play this week. See ya at Tapps tonight.
