We finally got to play again last Wednesday. A few fortunate teams were able to sneak a make up game in on Tuesday as well.
All that time stuck in the house must have made Cardiac Arrest want to get out and party.
The Bad News Beers came out with their regulars. They haven't fully integrated yet, so if you see them, stop by and say hi. Drunk girls that steal beers need not apply.
Balls and Dolls took over the belt and continued with the America theme.
They even got Fagel to take some time out of her busy schedule of planning fun things for us to do.
The belt got a little fishing time in.
Lots of people made it out for a crazy game of slosh ball. Thanks to Joshua Dell Carr for putting that wildly successful event together.
Of course you can't talk about WAKA Peninsula parties without mentioning the ubiquitous Forcing Third Base. Yet again they went all out for theme night. Even though they can't win the belt every week they don't stop bringing high octane revelry.
The Alcoballics made a late in the week move to generate a little buzz. Although I can't say I don't enjoy the attention, I don't have to be in the picture for it to be buzz worthy.
The standout team this week is the sea of blue. They don't always make it out to Tapps, but there is always one week where Rumspringa comes out fully loaded. I hope some of you took the opportunity to get to know this fun veteran team this week.
Challenge: I can't wait any longer. In spite of many rainouts, you've had time to get to know each other better. It is time to test your comfort zone a little with my favorite challenge. This week is shirt swap week. Collect and take photos in as many different color WAKA shirts as you can.
