Two Great Charity Tournaments Now Open for Registration

One of CLUBWAKA's core values is "Strength in Community". In addition to bringing people together through fun weekly leagues and social events, we also give back by hosting one-day tournaments throughout the year to raise money for great causes. We have two exciting events open for registration now at clubwaka.com that we hope you can join us for!



Join us on September 28th at AMF Williamsburg for a fun evening of bowling to support Here for the Girls Virginia. Here are some important notes for this event: 

• Registration starts at $25. Sign up before the end of the month to get the best price
• Membership includes team t-shirt, 3 guaranteed games, free shoe rental, and charity donation. 
• Format: This is a 9-pin 'no tap' tournament, which means a 9 on the first throw of each frame counts as a strike. 
• Coed teams of four with at least 2 of each gender - If you don't have a team, join as a free agent and we'll find you a team! 
• Proceeds from this event will benefit Here For The Girls Virginia, which is dedicated to improving the lives of young women battling breast cancer.

Our biggest charity event of the year is the CLUBWAKA Kicks Cancer Charity Kickball Tournament on Saturday, October 19th! We're excited to be bringing this event back for the 7th year in Hampton! We'll once again be playing and partying while raising money to support The Sentara Cancer Network Mission Funds. The deets: 

• Registration opens at the early bird price of $35
• Membership includes 3 guaranteed games plus playoffs, shirt, postgame party, and charity donation
• Location: Briarfield Park, Hampton
• Proceeds from this event will benefit The Sentara Foundation, which provides critical care and support for low-income cancer patients here in Hampton Roads.

In addition to our charity tournaments, we also have awesome sports leagues open for registration all over Hampton Roads at clubwaka.com! All of our leagues are coed and you must be 21 to join. No skill level or experience is required. Just a sincere desire to have fun with friends and meet new people! Space is limited and some of these leagues are already close to capacity so sign up today!
