Coaches Top 10 - 6.5.2013

As the calendar turns to June, we're in the home stretch for this Spring '13 season. Let's take a look at our captains top 10!

10. Chubby Gangsters (3-4, 12 pts)
Inspired by their captain Buster Patrerson's PCS, the Gangsters earned a big 3-1 victory over Kick Ass. The upset caught the captains' attention and put the Gangbangers into the top 10 for the first time this season.

9. The Misfits (3-1-1, 14 pts)
A victory over Battlestar in tonight's make up game would go a long way towards pushing The Misfits up the rankings.

8. Peanut Butter Jelly Time (5-2, 15 pts)
Purple couldn't catch a break (or a ball) last week against Moose Knuckles. The lopsided loss saw them slide all the way to 8th.

7. Battlestar Ballsacktica (2-3, 26 pts)
The 'Sacks have a tendency to play to the level of their opponents. They have shown that they have the ability to beat the league's best... And lose to the league's worst.

6. Moose Knuckles (3-3, 37 pts)
After losing their first 3 games, the Knuckles have worked hard to get to .500. The last few weeks, they've definitely looked like contenders.

5. That Just Happened (3-3, 41 pts)
Geoff Morehart has been kicking the snot out of the ball lately.

4. Rumspringa (2-3-1, 42 pts)
Some lineup experimentation lead to a humbling tie against WDH. Was it a one time stumble, or is their trouble in 'Springa town?

3. Pop Pop (3-2-1, 58 pts)
The Poppers offense will be looking to explode tonight against the Angry Birds.

2. Free Ballin' (6-1, 59 pts)
Free Ballin' didn't need any 5th inning heroics last week. An offensive onslaught of 16 runs defeated the Kickheads.

1. 5 O'Clockers (6-0-1, 70 pts, 7 first place votes)
The Clocker offense woke up in week 8 and put down their former rivals, Foul Balls.

Others receiving votes: Foul Balls (7), Kick Ass (4)
