Ballsagna
continues their winning streak with a fun win over Balls So Hard. In 2 innings
it was clear to Ballsagna that it was going to be a blow out win with the score
already at 6-0, so they decided to change things around. Captain George
Kiriazidis retired from the mound for the evening and passed on pitching duties
to Brian "Gettin Jiggy Widit" Neal. He shook his groove thang and got
all the Balls So Hard gang dancing at the plate when they came up to kick.
Everybody played in positions they've never been in before, and because of it,
Balls So Hard racked up 3 runs. Crazy miscues and even a collision between
catcher Nicole Plesha Graziano and charger Holly Lenard. Yes, Nicole got hurt AGAIN!
3 different collisions with 3 different players in 3 different games! (It was
inadvertently reported last week that Tim Paetz ran into her twice, when in
fact she received an injury from Mike Harvey the week before...so, please stop
sending death threats to Tim for gosh sakes!!) Both Nicole and Holly went home
with swollen boobs from the collision, ,and it's reported that their husbands
were very appreciative of the temporary boob job!
Hurt me baby! Feels so good!
Even though Brad Gault was throwing the heat, Ballsagna continued their kicking spree with 6
different kickers kicking in runs for the evening. Both Karl "with a K" Schultz and
Tim "Beatdown" Paetz went 2 for 2 in this game. Tim kicked in 3 runs,
and Brian Neal and Stephen McGrew II both kicked in 2 runs. Brian ripped a triple to
score his 2 runs in, Stephen a double, and Karl Schultz stretched a bunt all the way to
third by taking advantage of poor throws at each base and finally laying out in
a beautiful superman-face-plant slide to third! Nicole kicked in a run, and Karen "Silent Killer" Savell had 1.000 KA for the night and scored from Brian's triple.
Final score: 9-3
Enough of that crap....Irene Mitchell gets PLAYER OF THE WEEK for bringing delicious Pina Colada shots for the game! That was a solid move to get up there on the elite list of kickballery! It'll be nearly impossible to take her off that pedestal but I encourage all my teammates to try their best.
I am the kickball wizard!
In other news: Brian Neal won the Kickball T-Shirt Quilt!!!!! He was the winning bidder on this awesome quilt made from a bunch of kickball shirts by Dottie Wentworth. All proceeds went to the WAKA Kicks Cancer Relay for Life Team. Congratulations Brian!!!
It's reported that Tim Paetz's agent is in hot negotiations with the Silent Killer's agent and lawyer. It seems that Tim is in the process of suing the Silent Killer for false information, defamation of character, and pain and suffering as a result of being faulsely accused of injuring Nicole twice when in fact he only injured her once. The WAKA Commissioner Keith Morehart intervened and satisfied Tim's agent's demands by invoking a $1500 fine OR a public apology from the Silent Killer. So here goes....
I'm so sorry Tim! My deepest apologies for whatever it is you think I should be apologizing for. I was drunk and it was the PMS talking. No wait... I ran out of my meds and I was having a bad day because the stars weren't aligned properly. I'm also sorry for farting in your personal space last Wednesday. I thought it would be fun crop dusting people all night but now I know that it is wrong. My apologies, I just remembered that I don't give a f***.
Here's your check!
