The answer is simple my friends: Mid. Season. Party.

There comes a point in every kickballer's life when a few questions are asked:

-Why dost thou playest the game of kickball?
-Why dost though skippeth the bar?

There also comes a point where those questions are answered. The answer is simple my friends:
Mid. Season. Party.

Love this sticker on Bounce Off.
Now before I get into the shenanigans that will ensue this weekend, let me first express my excitement for Board Game Night pt. deaux. Since we were rained out at the fields, and apparently at the bar as well last week, we're doing board games again tomorrow!

So if you have a favorite game, and would like to share with your cohorts, please feel free to bring it! We'll have Twister, Battle of the Sexes, Bounce Off, puzzles, Candy Land, Chutes and Ladders, and a printed version of Cards Against Humanity (so it can get beer on it...)!

So last week we had a challenge to do a video of Bounce Off, and I must say, we got pretty creative. Having the whole bar to ourselves was fun because we just threw Bounce Off balls all over the place.

But the video that was created was epic...oh so epic. Sweet, baby #barbelt epic.
so I can't get the video to upload properly, so here's the video link.

And now, the moment you've been waiting for. The team who had the most people in attendance last week. The team who challenged themselves to play Bounce Off. And the team who will take home the bar belt and represent it proudly at the #MSP. Breaking Brad! - I just can't find your photo

3 Ways for VA Peninsula Kickballers to Fight Cancer

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and in the spirit of driving awareness and raising funds, we have a couple of options that we encourage everyone to consider supporting.
  • To help drive awareness, wear your pink accessories with your kickball uniforms all month! Just like the NFL. Starting tomorrow, October 1st.
  • Sign up to play in our 2nd Annual WAKA Kicks Cancer Charity Tournament on Saturday, October 25th in Hampton. All proceeds go to benefit the American Cancer Society. If you are interested in playing, but don't have a team, send me a message and I'll work to help find you a home.
  • Join our Relay for Life Fundraising team, WAKA Kicks Cancer! For just $10, you can join our team and help raise money in the fight against cancer. We'd love to have as many members as we can get, even if you can't make the actual Relay event next May.

VA Peninsula: Numbers Don't Lie - Week 4

Greetings WAKA VA Peninsula kickball players,

The Engineers here at the WAKA VA Peninsula Statistical Data Center have been putting in a lot of effort to record your every move this season. I assure you that this is not to cure our never ending desire of pointless data entry but because we love this game and admire your hard work and determination for being the best adult Kickball player that you all inspire to be. Your dedication has not gone unnoticed. Please see the superior lists compiled below.

Literally On Fire

Player Team AB H HR RUNS RKI SAC BB Kicking Avg On Base Total Bases Beard

Efird, Gene The Situation 4 4 1 4 8 0 5 1.000 1.000 10.000 0.000

If you're on the list above you deserve to be on a damn Wheaties box.

I had an in person interview with Emmanuel AKA "Manny" Anderson where he revealed a secret to me. While I will not disclose this information I will say that you are well on your way to fulfilling your kickball destiny. Manny is just plain out fast and gets on base regardless of where the ball ends up. He's 9 for 9 from the lead off position and also leads the league with 8 scores and 11 total bases, partially due to the help of his equally skilled teammates, namely Gene "I've got the runs" Efird. Gene leads the league with 8 RKIs in 4 attempts while maintaining a flawless average. He even had a Home Run on his birthday(we keep lots of stats). Opposing defenses recognize his ability to put the ball into orbit as well as he already has 5 intentional walks on his resume. That's bananas.

Randy "Randy" Devlin and his beard are also perfect for the season. They are currently 2nd in the league going 8 for 8 with 9 total bases, 5 scores and 2 RKIs. Great job guys.

JC Cashwell and Nick Anderson round out the end of our prestigious list of players with a perfect kicking average. JC is 5 for 5 with 5 runs and 2nd in the league with 6 RKIs. Nick is 7 for 7 with 3 runs and 4 RKIs. JC and Nick also showed their team first mentality by sacrificing their perfect on base percentage to move the bases for scores. Great job broski's.

These well known highly respected ladies are on top of their game once again. The elite ladies listed above are currently leading the league in hits and they are surely a huge asset to their teams. The Heads are looking good in this department. Emily Cook, Lenora Harper and Jill Simms putting in strong contributions with 13 hits and 4 runs so far in this young season. We will definitely see more to come from everyone here. Awesome job.

Special shout out to Nikki LeBlanc from Ballsagna. She was 1 for 1 in her WAKA debut after returning from surgery. Her base hit broke up a perfect game by The Situation. We are all proud of you.

This is just the beginning ladies and gentlemen. We are keeping an eye for players with room to improve as well. We all believe in you and are looking forward to see how you do. Situation Sears Ballsagna

Well, what did you expect?? Yep, that's right.  We got a butt whoopin' and that's alright.  We learn from it and move on. No big deal...*sniff*
The Situation started off strong as usual and got 2 runs in.  Already, Ballsagna was having a tough time making accurate throws to first and that would be our downfall. Ben Ottman and Andrew Lowell tried their best keeping the ball in front of them but they just couldn't hold on. Luckily right fielders were backing up and throwing them in quickly.  Ballsagna tried to retaliate in the kicking game but only a few made it on base.  And only one player got to 3rd and that was none other than Nikki LeBlanc!  Yep, she's back! She made her debut to Ballsagna in style! Welcome back, Nikki! Other than Ballsagna's Lisa Fabila getting walked, she may have been the only lady to get on base in the entire game from both sides, but don't quote me on that...Sitch pretty much held the top, middle, and bottom of our line up.  A--holes!
With Jimmy Wilcox, Gene Efird, and Manny Anderson in the infield for Sitch, NOTHING got through.  Which always sucks for the other side....but it's fun to try anyway! Mike Harvey, Mark Thompson, Jason Wieszek (I before E, except after C....yeah, that's right), John Vrooman, Ben, and Andrew all got a shot at playing their best in the infield.  They did really well, actually, but against an elite team and with calls not quite going our way, it turned into a flop.

 Jason Wieszek bringing the heat.

In the 3rd inning Sitch scored another 5 points to seal the deal for a 7-0 win.  That 5th inning was full of action. A catch was made on a kick away fly, then with one out a single was kicked to bring Gene to 3rd base. He evaded a tag that "passed cleanly below the dong"[-Ian Fluke] and hit the base ref for a dead ball, but it wasn't called so Jason picked it up and tagged him out in the back before he reached home plate.  The play was called back when it was over.  The next kick was made right behind 2nd base where short stop Karen Savell,  the Silent Killer, made a sliding catch to hold runners on first and second.  Then the next kick was made a little further behind second where no one could catch it, but Joe Stumpo rushed in and grabbed it on the bounce to tag the crap out of the runner coming into 2nd for the final out.  Thankfully, and luckily for him that tag wasn't on the dong because I'm sure he would still be in the fetal position in the middle of a soccer field. Yeouch!

So thankful I don't have a long dong...

Trying to scratch their way into the game for some runs, Ballsagna went at it again in the kicking game.  Andrew Lowell kicked a bunt and ran his butt off to first but the catch was dropped.  The 1st base ref saw that the ball was dropped and called him safe.  Home ref overruled and called it a controlled ball before the drop. After some confusion and discussions with people shaking their heads in disgust, poor Andrew was escorted off the field in tears. After the game, 1st baseman Frank Council admitted that he never had control over the ball. Dag Nabit!!!  Can't catch a break. Andrew is gonna need therapy after this!
I can't remember if Jeremy Edge did anything, but I'm sure he wants to see his name in bold so here it is: Jeremy Edge  Alright, alright!  He did something like kick 2 for 2 or some silly stuff... in fact the top 7 kickers of the Sitch got on every dang time.  I hate you all. Get ready for a big raspberry! PPPPPPPPPPPptttttttttttttt!!!!!!
In all seriousness, it was a fun game.  I always enjoy playing against them and watching them in action.  They always make it look so easy...but I still hate them....

Bring your A-Game, get your party puzzle-pieces ready, and set your twister spinner due north!

There is a lot going on in WAKA VA Peninsula.
We've got #MSP parties coming up, charity tournaments, theme weeks, and ......FALL.

Mildly obsessed with the #MSP photo
But big things are happening all over WAKA, and I'm not just talking about our super awesome #MSP!!

WAKA has partnered with Mattel to bring the first ever WAKA Bounce Off video contest to WAKA players this season! This contest has some pretty sweet prizes including full team registration for WAKApalooza for the Fun Games in 2015! -ummm, count me in!!

So because there's always a lot going on-work, kickball, work, sleep, gym - I thought it might be a good idea to take us back to a time of bliss and innocence.

Because what's better than kickball and Board Games???
-ok probably the theme for #MSP, but I'm not going to test you ;)

So come on out tomorrow for some throwback entertainment like Twister. CandyLand. Chutes and Ladders. And try your hand at this awesome new game - Bounce Off.

And while we're on the topic of Off, let's talk about the Shirt Swap from last week!

I always love watching people participate in the challenges, especially this one. Watching people get so
I love people who love the belt <3
into the challenges is seriously the highlight of my week. But this is the time of the season when the bar attendance starts to dwindle, so let's take a look at the different kind of bar challengers we have in our league:

The Late Bloomer: The Late Bloomer is someone who sees an opportunity for the belt and rushes in to complete the challenges and win the belt. Much like my favorite Nick Scmidt.

The Lone Ranger: The Lone Ranger is someone who is dedicated to the challenge from the beginning, but usually has trouble getting the team on board. This last week this label gets awarded to Kelsey Whitelock, Michael Bailey, and Brad Gault - who brought his teams shirt for people to wear...smart thinking Brad!

The Full Forcers: The Full Forcers is a group of people who bring the whole team out, and maybe participate in the challenge, maybe they don't. Their real goal is to just be at luckies. Way to go KILFs, KILFs2, Recess Rejects, and Foul Balls for having a pretty sweet turn out last week....but where are your swaps??

So while the #AMP didn't really supply us with a clear winner.....
I do have to make a decision. And though Foul Balls continued to have strong appearance throughout the night, I didn't see y'all do the challenge much!

So congratulations to Hot Dogs & Tacos who solidly brought the sauce with roughly 25% of their team represented throughout the night and participating in the challenge. ...which in the end, is what it's about! I look forward to seeing my former #WAKAholic take the belt and shine!

So now get ready for some board games tomorrow!
Bring your A-Game, get your party puzzle-pieces ready, and set your twister spinner due north!

VA Peninsula - Fall 2014 Week 4 Results

The Situation 7, Ballsagna 0

A big 5 run explosion in the 3rd inning buried the 'Sagna. The top 7 kickers in The Situation lineup were a perfect 7 for 7 in the victory.
Players of the Week: Manny Anderson (2/2, 2 R); Jeremy Edge (2/2, 2 R); Gene Efird (1/1, R, 2 RKI, BB)

Heads 6, Foul Balls 0

In his first game against his former team, the Heads Joe Preseault drove in 2 runs with a bases clearing 3rd inning triple. The Heads escaped a first inning threat by the Foulies and cruised from there.
Players of the Game: Joe Preseault (2/3, 3B, R, 2 RKI); Geoff Morehart (2/2, 2 RKI)

Kick Pitches Get Money 8, Resting Pitch Face 4

Nikoli Rosinski kicked a 3 run homer in the first inning and KPGM opened up a 8-1 lead. The Resting Pitch Faces wouldn't rest however and rallied or 3 runs in the 5th, but fell short of completing the comeback.
Players of the Game: Nikoli Rosinski (1/1, HR, R, 4 RKI); Mary Kennedy (1/2, 2B, 2 R, 2 RKI); Lucas Feller (1/1, 2 R, RKI, BB)

Sneak Attack 6, Boom 1

Aaron "Bobby" Kippes lead off the game with a triple and was driven in by Kyle Tyson's double. The Sneak Attack offense then tacked on a couple more early runs while the defense was in beast mode. Boom had no base runners until Jorts Johnson got on in the 4th, later driven in by Julie Bowers.
Players of the Game: Aaron Kippes (2/2, 3B, 2 R); Kyle Tyson (2/2, 2B, 2 R, RKI); Julie Bowers (1/1, 3B, RKI)

Rumspringa 4, Recess Rejects 2

Rusty Wallace drove in two runs in the first, and it looked like the Rejects were on their way to another lopsided loss. However, the defense would tighten and this game ended up being a close one. Rick Henry drove in Adam Gold in the 2nd, to bring the score to 2-1. 'Springa would tack on a couple more insurance runs in the 4th and 5th though and the 'W' was secured.
Players of the Game: David Lopez (2/2, R); Rusty Wallace (2/2, 2 RKI); Adam Gold (1/1, R, RKI, SAC)

Interventions 2, Chaotic KILFs 0

Through 4 innings, these two teams were locked in a 0-0 defensive stand off. Bryan Freed lead off the 5th with a single, followed by Eric Stevens. Joe Malsey and Bez Kargar then combined to drive them both in to earn a late inning victory.
Players of the Game: Bryan Freed (1/1, R); Eric Stevens (1/1, R); Josh Seidnitzer (2/2, 2B); Joe Malsey (1/2, 2B, RKI)

KILFS2 5, Kick In A Box 3

The K2 top four kickers (Randall Hammond, Todd Buffington, Ashley Moore, and Jose Fabila) went a combined 7 for 7 to lead their 2nd victory of the young season. The Boxers came alive in the 4th to score 3 runs, but it was too little too late.
Players of the Game: Randall Hammond (2/2, 2 R); Todd Buffington (2/2, 2 R); Jose Fabila (1/1, 2 RKI, SAC)

Fireballs 3, Breaking Brad 1

Michael Bailey and Ryan Greene executed a pair of SACs in the first inning to drive in runs and the defense held strong to give the Fireballs a big win on Wednesday night.
Players of the Game: Michael Bailey (1/1, R, RKI, SAC); Jason Salati (1/1, RKI)

Hammers 12, Hotdogs & Tacos 0

Players of the Game: Mike Ramey (3/3, 2B, 2 R, 2 RKI); Ricky Holmes (2/2, 2B, 2 R, RKI, BB); Dani Buchanan (2/3, 3 RKI); Amanda Doolittle (3/3, 2B, R, 2 RKI)

Shorter is [only sometimes] better

Stressful weeks/weekends call for short blog posts and lots of sleep. I love sleep. Sleeping is my favorite.

So, ready, set, go...

Last week was karaoke. We heard from members of RPF, Rumspringa, Foul Balls, Breaking Brad, Interventions, and Fireballs.

I have never ever received feedback on a challenge, but got more texts and facebook messages about the winner's karaoke.

So great job to everyone who sang. We cried, we laughed, we cringed, we clapped. You rocked it, we loved it.

Congrats to Foul Balls who nailed Alanis...that shit's rough! Claim your belt. Wear it proudly.

Now, fun details:

Tomorrow is SHIRT SWAP. This is like my favorite challenge ever and I love swapping sweaty shirts and skimpy shirts. Swap that shit and rock it.

VA Freedom and VA Peninsula #MSPs are coming up quickly! Stay up-to-date by responding to the facebook invites!

Freedom: Facebook Event - Graffiti party with awesome specials.
Peninsula: Facebook Event - First Responders party with free beer, free drinks, free food, free fun.

K, night y'all. The inside of my eyelids are beckoning me.

Ballsagna Breaks Brad

Buckle up for a Big Bunch of kickBall news headed your way.  I am ashamed to say I've never seen the show Breaking Bad so I have no show references to insert into this Blog, soooo...I'll B doing something else...
Breaking Brad and Ballsagna went head to head last Wednesday night and the first inning was a shocker. The Ballsagna crew got up to kick first But the top of the line up fell flat.  Mark "RaBBit" Thompson Bunted but didn't push it far enough away from the catcher and he was thrown out for the first time this season at first.  (He asked for a do-over But the ref would hear none of it. Those a-hole refs!!!!) With one runner on first, Wesley McCain came up to kick the ever living stuffin's out of it But instead, it rolled off the side of his foot and spun 546 rotations (Yes, I counted them...) within 6 inches of the plate.  It was in easy reach for the catcher to pick it up and throw Wes out.  The top of the line up for Ballsagna was effectively shut down! Say WHAT???? Yep, Breaking Brad lowered the top of the line up on-Base-average in one quick inning.

Evidence of Wes kicking away in winter league.

Well, the Ballsagna defense would have none of that! All throughout the game every player stepped up to make plays.  Holly Lenard made some great catches in right field. Mark Thompson was everywhere playing out field, catcher gathering up anything that got near him for either a catch or a scooped up Bunt to rocket to first for the out.  Karen "Silent Killer" Savell (3rd person alert!!) caught fly Balls from several different positions. (The strategy now is to move the Silent Killer every inning to confuse the enemy. Don't tell anyone.) But the most AMAZING effort out there that night came from Joe Stumpo!  "Sticky Hands" Stumpo played 1st and outfield this game and caught everything flying to first with ease.  He also made an ESPN highlight sliding catch in centerfield for a fantastic graB. (DUH NUH NUH! DUH NUH NUH!) He didn't stop there. On offense, he tagged and ran from 3rd to home dodging a tag throw right at him.  No idea how he did it, But that Ball went right over him and he safely scored!
Oh yeah....I'm bad!

Since the top of the line up faltered, it was up to the middle to take up the slack.  So they did. Jason Weiszek went 2 for 2 with 2 RKI's and Holly went 2 for 2 (one Being a double. Woohooo!) with 1 RKI, Silent Killer kicked a SAC fly for an RKI and got on the next time around. You've already heard about Joe Being on frickin' FIRE!!  There were 3 more kicks booted in by various players and I wish I could highlight them specifically here, But the VBKO has made me a little fuzzy and I'm sure they will tell me soon after reading this. (all huffy and stuff)
Ballsagna would like to welcome Mike Harvey back onto the squad! Work conflicts prevented him from playing with us until now.  He had some reps at charger and it was like he never missed a game!  Welcome back, Harvey!
We have one more welcome to one of our players who has yet to make an appearance and it'll be exciting!  Stay tuned and hopefully next week you'll get to read all about it!

There you have it. Ballsagna Blows out Breaking Brad in a Big Blow out Beating.  Ok, not a Big Blow out, But maybe a Bitter Bludgening...or a Brawling Broil, er.....whatever

7-1 Ballsagna
2-1 record

WAKA VA Peninsula - Fall Week 3 Results

Flagrant disregard for authority.

Heads 17, Fireballs 0

The lead off kicker for the Fireballs, Adam Hartberger, started off the game with a nice single. From there it was all downhill as the Heads locked them down and poured on the runs.
Players of the Game: Dom Smith (1/1, 4 RKI, 2 SAC); Nicole Graziano (2/2, 2 R); Lenora Harper (2/2, 2 R, RKI)

Boom 6, Kick Pitches Get Money 2

Boom employed fundamental kickball offense to manufacture runs in 3 out of the 4 innings they kicked. Executing nice bunts, moving runners, and driving them in.
Players of the Game: Trey Simmons (2/2, R, RKI); Ryan Schmid (2/2, 2B, 2 RKI)

Ballsagna 7, Breaking Brad 1

After being blanked in the top of the first by the Brad defense, the middle of the Ballsagna lineup did 4 runs worth of damage to take a lead they would not relinquish.
Players of the Game: Jason Wieszek (2/2, R, 2 RKI); Holly Lenard (2/2, 2B, R, RKI)

Foul Balls 10, Recess Rejects 5

The Rejects had a hard time containing the Foul Balls' explosive offense. No Foulie did more damage than Sarah Schmitt. She drove in 2 runs in a big 2nd inning and followed it up with another RKI sacrifice in the 4th. This game was the 133rd regular season match for the Foul Balls franchise, which set the new all-time record.
Players of the Game: Sarah Schmitt (1/1, R, 3 RKI, SAC); Steven Andrzejewski (2/2, 2B, 2 RKI); Mark Flores (2/2, 2B, 2 R, RKI); Anthony Leevy (2/3, HR, 2 R, 2 RKI)

Hammers 9, Rumspringa 1

This game was a historic milestone for Rumspringa, 100 WAKA VA Peninsula regular season games. And for 3 innings it looked like they were gunning for an upset over the Hammers, leading 1-0. But it was not to be. In the 4th inning, the Hammers took advantage of some defensive miscues and poured in 9 runs. To watch the game, cut down to 9 minutes, check out Daniel Shaw's YouTube page.
Players of the Game: Guy Sumrell (2/2, R); Brian Neal (2/2, R, RKI); Jen Miller (2/2, 3 RKI)

Interventions 4, KILFS2 4

The KILFs jumped out to an early 4-0 lead thanks to a big first inning home run by Todd Buffington. The Interventions settled down and kept chipping away at the deficit. Bez Kargar kicked a double with 2 outs in the 5th inning to drive in JC Cashwell, the tying run.
Players of the Game: Todd Buffington (1/2, HR, R, 2 RKI); Bez Kargar (2/2, 2B, RKI); JC Cashwell (1/1, R, RKI, SAC)

HotDogs & Tacos 5, Resting Pitch Face 3

Devin Raines' RKI single in the 5th broke a 2-2 tie. Mike Kern drove in a few more insurance runs with a two out triple. They would be needed insurance, as RPF rallied in the 5th, but fell just short.
Players of the Game: Mike Kern (1/2, 3B, 2 RKI); Devin Raines (1/2, R, RKI); Adam Kutsch (1/1, 3B, R)

The Situation 14, Chaotic KILFs 0

I'd say that The Situation bounced back from week 2's tie against the Heads pretty good.
Players of the Game: Gene Efird (3/3, 2B, 3B, HR, 2 R, 6 RKI); Gene Efird (seriously, look at that line again. He needs to be mentioned twice)

Sneak Attack 17, Kick in a Box 0

Every single member of the Attack reached base successfully in the rout.
Players of the Game: Every player on Sneak Attack (28/40, 6 2B, 3B, HR, 17 R, 2 SAC); Kippy Kyle (2/2)

Drinking with the Duggars - My Struggle with distractions...

This took 2 hours longer than I expected...why? Because 19 Kids and Counting was on.....

What an awesome night of kickball! I don't know about all 350 of you, but I had a blast.

Theme weeks are like the best ever. How often do you get the chance to stress over coordinating matching outfits/accessories for 20 people on a recess sport's team for the chance to win free beer??

Twice per season my friend.

So last week was "Drink Up" for VA Peninsula, and I have to say, awesome job everyone! Drinks are a vital part of our elite kickball society. 3U3D members always have a beer during podcasts, we hydrate with "water" at the fields, and yours truly is partial to Gin & Tonics.

....and then I start watching 19 Kids and Counting and get distracted....

So now back to drinking....let's take a look ...omg, I just watched 19K&C again for like 20 min...at the teams who dressed up, and which team will be going for the gold(-en belt)!

Hammers - Milk - Ok ok, I'll give it to y'all. You're quick witted, can think on your feet in a moment's notice, and you got your whole team to participate.... You even got someone to vote for you for most creative!

Resting Pitch Face - Red Headed Sluts - I love it. I guessed it immediately. I love a good quick-witted solution to make your whole team come together and dress up. And I love your team! Such great sports to paint their hair. I think the best was Keith Morehart who painted his beard because of his uhh...lack...of hair.

Fireballs - Fireball Whiskey - I know how much y'all thought about this and the outcome was great! Way to use your smarts and do the same theme as your name, your jerseys are going to look hot! And let's take a look at your applique! That looks like it came on the shirt!

Ballsagna - Black Russians - I'm sorry, I know I had to ask what you were on facebook...I thought you had changed the NKKO (North Korea Kickball Open) to the SUKO (Soviet Union Kickball Open), but we all know I thought that it was real, so yea...

...damn you 19K&C...

Interventions - WAKA Bombs - I loved this concept, but understand the trials and tribulations of organizing a team of 20 teachers, philanthropists, business owners, nurses, students, and shipyarders into a cohesive theme. Shit's hard. But way to go guys, Stephanie Romett and I glitter bombed the shit out of your shirts and you rocked them! Side note, I don't think I will ever be on a team who can take an organized picture...you would think it would be easier...

Breaking Brad - Mai Tai - So creative! I loved this theme! Wish you had taken a full team picture, but I'll forgive you because your team is always so social...pays to have a good presence at the bar on the reg.

Rumspringa - Smirnoff Ice - I have to say, I wish I had made it to the earlier games to see this. I love that you all got into it and got your team to dress up! I think you even iced someone on the field if I'm not mistaken! However, the reason you don't win the bar belt this week is because I didn't even know you had participated in the theme because I don't think I saw anyone at the bar..but I know I know, Troy Southall keeps reminding me that y'all are old. sure.

Recess Rejects - Jungle Juice - This was by far the best. I am a huge fan of various jungle juices, so right there you get a million #BarBuzz points. But then your shirts complimented your theme, and you had safari stuff, leis, monkeys, safari hats, and Tucker had some weird arm bands. Y'all got your team coordinated and provided enough theme coverage for the whole gang! Congrats, can't wait to pass the belt off to such an awesome team!

There were 4 categories for theme week and the winner is next to it for those who didn't see it on facebook.

  • Most Facebook likes - Ballsagna
  • Most Participation - Recess Rejects
  • Most Creative - Interventions
  • Best Execution - Recess Rejects
Next up...Karaoke! That's the challenge tomorrow night. I want to see a video of your team rocking it out. Post it to facebook and use the following hashtags: #WAKAsmiles #WAKAvapeninsula.

And now that 19K&C is over I can
